Social activities (2022-2024)

2022年第一年 | 2022, first year

满足获得OSSA获得美国联邦税务机构的免税资格。 Recognition OSSA 在美中获取相关机构的承认。形成得到欧美同学会、中国侨联、纽约总领馆和美国的其他社团组织、中美文化、教育机构的联系和认可，具体已经通过参与、合作的方式，通过公众号和新闻媒体让外界低调进入公众的视野，开展活动。

In the same year, OSSA was officially recognized as a tax-exempt organization by the U.S. federal tax authorities. In the same year, OSSA was recognized by mainstream community, cross-cultural and educational organizations such as the Western Returned Students Club, the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, and the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in New York. OSSA also provides soft outreach to the public through social event participation and partnerships, as well as new media exposure.

2023年第二年 | 2023, year 2

独立参加或组织活动，广泛的与对口机构合作，获取认可度和信誉度。其中OSSA 网站的搭建和微信公众号的搭建必须配备专门人才1人和保障基本的维护费用。拟组织中国农历新年的留学生之家活动。继续访问在美东、美西不同大学留学生组织，与美西美东的教授协会(洛杉矶、康州)建立联系，成立OSSA理事单位，共同筹办活动，以增加和扩大美中留学人员的在美国的影响力和参与度，产生一些活动效应。

OSSA further became an organization trusted by more independent organizations to engage in broader and more active social activities. It established the OSSA Association to reach out to numerous student and scholar associations and to expand the organization's visibility on the east and west coasts of the United States.
In 2023, the Overseas Students' Fellowship Association (OSSA) officially opened its website and WeChat account, and set up a head of new media and an operating budget line within the organization.In 2023, the OSSA also independently hosted the Overseas Students' Home Chinese New Year Celebration.

2024年第三年 | 2024, third year

Donation争取接受美国相关社会团体和企业的捐赠，以共办的方式活动、共同推进某些公众活动、共同资助在美国的中国学生、知识分子的学术、交流、实习、培训、就业和人生规划等方面的服务，通过众多的活动积累，真正成为真正意义上、能够立足的非盈利性社会组织。计划在2025年初在纽约承办欧美同学中国经济发展论坛。

OSSA will begin accepting public donations from U.S. social organizations and businesses to support its assistance programs targeting students and current students on life-cycle topics such as academic achievement, social life growth, career development and life planning.
OSSA's goal is to become a widely recognized and trusted non-profit organization by serving students and intellectuals. It is planned to organize the "China Economic Development Forum - Western Students and Scholars" in New York in 2025.
