US-China Overseas Students and Scholars Alliance (OSSA)

美中留学生人员联合会（US-China Overseas Students and Scholars Alliance，简称OSSA）是一家总部位于美国纽约和费城的非营利组织，以501©3的身份运作。该组织的使命是：以全球视野,引领的社会发展; 促进美中两国人才的交流和互动; 为美中两国的留学人员服务和创造新的价值。OSSA特别致力为全球的中国留学生提供服务，优先为在美国地区的广大中国学子。OSSA期望通过联合各种社会渠道、公司组织为留学生提供全方位的支持和帮助，涵盖学习、生活、工作、签证、交友等各个方面。

The U.S.-China Overseas Students and Scholars Alliance (OSSA) is a non-profit organization headquartered in New York now and used to be in Philadelphia, U.S.A., with a registered status of 501c3. The organization's mission is to lead the world's vision, set the trend for development, and promote the exchange of talents and cross-cultural dialogue between talents both in China and the U.S.A.; and to serve the Chinese and U.S.A. overseas students and create new value.

OSSA is especially committed to providing services to Chinese students and scholars not only returned or overseas around the world, and gives priority cares to the majority of Chinese students in the U.S.A. OSSA hopes to provide comprehensive support and assistance to international students by connecting with a variety of social channels and corporate organizations, helps for covering all aspects of study, life, work, visas, and friend-networking.

Nature of the Organization

非营利性非政府性合法组织

在美国合法注册，具有非营利法人（NPO）资格，通过对社会的贡献，已经成为被美国IRS定为501(c)(3) 税务减免的非政府（NGO）组织

Non-profit non-governmental legal organization

OSSA is legally registered in the United States as a Non-Profit (NPO). Through its contributions to society, OSSA has been designated by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt Non-Government organization (NGO).

拟在中国上海合法设立的非政府机构

根据中国的法律规定，成立中国的非政府组织代表机构（上海代表处，负责全国范围的业务）

Plans to legally establish a representative office as non-governmental organization in Shanghai, China

In accordance with Chinese laws and regulations (rules) , OSSA plans to set up a Chinese NGO representative office (Shanghai representative office is responsible for national operations).

国际、独立、客观的纽带和桥梁

不以营利为目标，为留学人员保持国际视野和独立的人文精神，为成为美中的桥梁纽带性质的社会中介和咨询服务机构

International, independent and objective links and bridges

OSSA does not aim to make profit, but serves overseas students compliance with the international perspective and practices and, with independent humanistic spirit, becoming a social intermediary and consulting service organization with the nature of a bridge between China and the United States.
